AMERICAN FLYERS SPOTLIGHT

I hope to one day fly around the world and experience everything aviation has to offer. I’m currently working toward my ATP and Multi-Engine rating to help bring me closer to this goal. My favorite part of working for American Flyers is being a part of an aviation family that provides exceptional training and genuinely cares about its students’ success. I love being a part of someone’s journey into aviation, so being able to train new pilots is amazing. Training new pilots is incredibly rewarding; seeing them achieve milestones and helping them realize their dreams makes all the hard work worthwhile.

My ultimate goals in aviation are to ferry planes worldwide, explore remote locations, and meet diverse people. I want to keep my Flight Instructor certificate current so I can teach friends and family to fly. Next year, I plan to pursue my Multi-Engine certificate and later my Tailwheel and Seaplane endorsements. I love training new pilots, sharing my passion, and teaching subjects that once truly intrigued me. My coworkers at American Flyers make the experience enjoyable and inspire me to improve every day.

My goal in aviation is to join a major airline and eventually own an airplane to take my family on trips and teach my siblings how to fly. While I’m not currently pursuing new certifications, I plan to earn my multi-engine airplane rating in the next few months. I love working for American Flyers and training new pilots because it’s amazing to have the opportunity to help students build a strong foundation in aviation.

My goal in aviation is to continually improve as an instructor while helping my students develop strong learning habits, just as I did when I was trained by my instructors at American Flyers. In the long term, I hope to fly for the airlines, traveling the world while doing what I love. My favorite part of training new pilots is watching their growth and seeing them develop both the technical skills and confidence needed to fly safely. I love working at American Flyers because of the family-like atmosphere, where everyone, whether it’s the chief pilots, managers, or students, is always ready to support each other and help everyone grow.

My ultimate goal in aviation is to fly wide-body international routes for a legacy airline. I’m finishing up my high-performance endorsement and preparing to pursue my ATP this fall. The most rewarding part of training new pilots is seeing the moment when everything they’ve covered in ground school and simulators finally clicks in the airplane. What I enjoy most about working for American Flyers is the opportunity to build a lasting culture of safety and true PIC mentality. Unlike other schools where students may be rushed to meet minimum standards, we focus on creating confident, capable aviators.

My goal is to become a private charter pilot and fly to exciting destinations worldwide. I’m currently working toward my tailwheel endorsement to help reach that dream. The most rewarding part of training new pilots is watching them grow from zero experience to confident, licensed aviators. It’s incredibly rewarding to be part of their transformation and to know you played a role in their success. At American Flyers, I’m surrounded by a passionate, supportive team that truly cares about aviation and student success.
