[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]This issue of our Pilot’s Digest is especially important to American Flyers as during the November and December months, many of us reflect on the past year. While considering what was important to write, I was struck by all the changes in our industry and how thankful we are for your support of not only American Flyers but the aviation industry as a whole.
To our worldwide customer base, both first time and returning, we are honored by the trust and confidence you place in us to help you achieve your aviation goals. Whether you are a “zero” time pilot, a Private Pilot who desires to achieve your Instrument Rating or someone who dreams of a career in aviation, we value both your business and trust in our ability to help you reach your goals. To our FIRC (Flight Instructor Revalidation Course) customers, we offer a huge thank you for your continued support of our revalidation course and your constant constructive feedback, helping us to be the leader in renewing more flight instructor certificates than anyone in the industry!
American Flyers is fortunate to have an incredibly dedicated group of employees who strive to do their best in order to take care of our customers. A special thank you to our instructors, managers and customer support team members; we are grateful for your continued dedication to the American Flyers “way.” Your support of the American Flyers philosophy of teaching, approach to flight training and commitment to always put our customers first is unparalleled in the aviation industry. You give your best to our students every day, and your dedication to them is shown through caring, teaching and mentoring. It’s proven when our students “ring the bell” – a tradition started several years ago that was designed to get the attention of everyone in the facility and recognize the monumental achievement just undertaken! Thank you-you make American Flyers the leader in flight training schools.
And to our mechanics, who work tirelessly to keep our fleet “hitting on all cylinders,” thank you for always going the extra mile and ensuring our aircraft and simulators are well maintained for our students and instructors. We are proud and thankful for your dedication to safety and the support you provide to each of our schools!
In 2019, American Flyers will celebrate our 80th year of teaching aviation enthusiasts to fly or achieve their next aviation milestone. Without your support, dedication, and trust, we would not be the oldest flight school in the world.
Enjoy this unique time in our industry and this special time of year with your loved ones.
Sincerely,
Jill McCormack Cole[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
