Finish What You Started: Brad Morrison

As we have moved into the start of the new year, I can’t help but appreciate last year. 2018 was filled with a lot of great accomplishments for American Flyers as well as some noteworthy advancements in the industry. But while 2018 was a great year, we have to be careful and not rest on those past accomplishments alone.

The stage is set in 2019 to continue moving forward. For us at American Flyers, that means more fleet upgrades, advancements in curriculum and new strategic training initiatives. For you, that may mean taking that next step in your training and getting your instrument license. Or maybe it means FINISHING what you started in 2018 or years prior. Let 2019 be the year you get done what you’ve been putting off. Finish Up!

Every year my wife and I set aside time to map out our goals for the upcoming year, and oftentimes that year has a theme word attached to it that represents our approach to the year. As we sat and talked, the word I felt represented this year for our family is RELENTLESS, defined in this instance as: Tireless pursuit (of the goal); unwavering focus of purpose.

In 2019, I encourage you to be relentless when it comes to pursuing your goals. Do this year what you’ve been meaning to do in the past but have never gotten around to doing. If you are flying your family around with just a Private Pilot’s License and want to fly safer then get your Instrument Rating. Fly safer!

If you’ve always wanted to finish up that Private Pilot’s License that you started years ago but thought it would be too complicated to complete, let our support team help lay out a path to help get you done! If you’ve always wanted to become a Certified Flight Instructor and teach or become part of the airline community, now is the time! Don’t let another day or month go by, let alone another year, without taking that next step to finish or advance your training.

As we always say, the first step is always the hardest, but once you take it you often find the rest of the path much easier than you expected.

Here’s to a great 2019 for you and your family from all of us at American Flyers!

Sincerely,
BradMorrisonSignature
