Kevin McCormack has been a part of American Flyers for eighteen years. Growing up in a family of aviation enthusiasts, the interest in aircraft and flight training was always a cardinal part of Kevin’s makeup, and his passion for the industry could not be more evident to the students he assists.
Kevin received his Private Pilot Certificate and Instrument Rating at Montgomery Field in San Diego in 1993, and graduated from the University of North Texas in 1999 with a degree in Marketing. Since that time, Kevin has been a multi-faceted manager for American Flyers, travelling to where he was needed.
He started his career as one of the customer service and admissions managers in Dallas, TX, before heading south to assist in directing our Houston school. His next stop brought him back to his flight training roots, and he helped grow our Santa Monica location as the school director. With so much hands-on experience, Kevin was asked to return to our national office at the Addison Airport, where he still assists in the day-to-day operations of one of our most active schools, but spends most of his time coaching aviation hopefuls and future students from all over the world. Kevin is a senior member of our National Support Team, and he works with all different types of students, guiding them to successfully reaching their aviation goals.
If aviation has been a passive passion in your life, and you’re finally ready to take that first – or second – step into a much larger world, give Kevin McCormack a call. Enjoy your time talking with one of the most gifted and knowledgeable members of the American Flyers family, and let him design a program to get you where you want to be.
